Questions about paying
What happens to my extra animals if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Animals beyond the free limit become read-only — you can still see and export every record, you just cannot add new entries to them until you are back on a paid plan or you archive one.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. The free plan is a permanent plan, not a trial. You will not be asked for card details until you actively choose to upgrade.
Can I cancel whenever I like?
There is nothing to cancel at the moment: paid plans are not on sale yet, and Free has no commitment attached to it. Close the account from inside the app whenever you like and the records are erased.
When Plus and Pro do open, cancelling will be a control in Settings, the plan will run to the end of the period already paid for and then drop to Free, and there will be no fee and no phone call.
How do I pay?
You cannot yet, and we would rather say so than take the sign-up. Plus and Pro are not on sale while we finish the billing side. There is no card field anywhere in the app, and the upgrade button says “Not available yet” rather than pretending otherwise.
Free is a real plan, not a trial, and it is available now. Everything on it — two animals, the full record, reminders, sharing, export — works today and keeps working.
When paid plans open, we will say how payment is taken at that point. Write to support@thinkpethealth.com if you want telling.
Is there a discount for rescues or charities?
Yes. Write to support@thinkpethealth.com from your organisation’s address and tell us roughly how many animals you look after.
